  • Use techniques like Pareto, Weibull, Crow-AMSAA, and Monte Carlo to assess asset criticality, prioritize improvements, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create and evaluate maintenance plans with RCM, FMEA, and FMECA, ensuring alignment with asset criticality, failure modes, and resource needs.
  • Design and execute condition-based maintenance programs, select appropriate technologies, and evaluate contractors to enhance reliability.
  • Select and manage lubricants, prevent contamination, and apply best practices to improve equipment reliability.
  • Assess and improve precision maintenance practices like alignment and balancing to meet required standards and work effectively with maintenance teams.
  • Understand and improve work planning, scheduling, and spares management to reduce costs and improve overall reliability performance.
  • Apply failure analysis methods (5-Why, Ishikawa, FTA) and manage root cause projects to solve problems, reduce human error, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic advice to maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, aligning technical solutions with business goals for reliability improvement.
